LucentQ Designers is the product of a great synergy. The partners behind LucentQ Designers—Anna and Paul—balance each other’s gifts effortlessly. Anna, a Swedish Architect and Interior Designer, expanded Paul’s artistic horizons from their earliest days, teaching him about glassblowing and jewelry making. OC native Architect Paul, ever detail oriented and practical, makes sure codes are upheld, clients are heard, and deadlines are met. Thanks to this remarkable collaboration, LucentQ Designers creations are reliably finely polished. Nothing is lost in translation as Scandinavian style meets Orange County living.

WHAT WE DO

We start out our projects with a site visit to understand and discuss your project, evaluating the scope and complexity, and getting to know you. We then provide you with a free proposal. Generally, we offer the following Residential Services:

• Existing Unit Drafting
• Design Development
• HOA Submittal and Approval
• Construction Document
• Consultant Coordination
• City Submittal (Building & Planning Departments) and Approval
